Each partner was be responsible for different work packages (WP). 

WP1: Project coordination and management (data management plan, report on status of posting results). Leader: Queen Mary University of London, UK.

WP2: exploring the context (report on policy and legislation regarding treatment and management of psychotic disorder; Report on barriers and facilitators for implementation of DIALOG+. Leader: University of Pristina, Kosovo* UN Resolution; Clinical Center of Montenegro, Podgorica, Montenegro.

WP3: Development of strategy and tools to implement DIALOG+ (Implementation strategy; DIALOG+ manual & training materials; DIALOG+ software translated in national languages). Leader: CITY University of London, UK.

WP4: Implementation of DIALOG+ within mental health services (First study subject approvals package; midterm recruitment report; DIALOG+ implementation report across different countries). Leader: Queen Mary University of London, UK.

WP5: Sustainability and reach (Report on barriers and facilitators for sustainability and reach of DIALOG+; Health economic impact assessment report). Leader: Clinical Centre of the University in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

WP6: Guidance development (Implementation guidance document). Leader: Faculty of Medicine, University of Belgrade, Serbia.

WP7: Patients and caregivers participation (Document describing the model of how to engage and empower patients and caregivers in LMICs). Leader: Faculty of Medicine, University of Belgrade, Serbia.

WP8: Integration and dissemination of study findings (Dissemination & communication plan; project website; study findings submitted for publication). Leader: University Clinic of Psychiatry Skopje, North Macedonia.

WP9: Ethics requirements (Data protection requirements; Independent Ethics Adviser requirement). Leader: Queen Mary University of London, UK.
